う～ん、今月のつぶやきに何を書こうか・・と考えながらコンピューターの前に座っています。

窓の外を見ていると、なんて天気のいい日なんだろう！と気付きました。すべてのものを暖かく、さわやかに感じさせるようにさんさんと降り注ぐ太陽の光。ぼくはそれが秋の特徴だと思います。それでぼくは、季節について考え始めました。僕の国では4つの季節があります。カナダやアメリカの大部分には、季節は４つありますよね！？スコットランドやイングランドのことはわかりませんが、毎日とても寒いと思います。永久凍土地域みたいな感じじゃないかな、ははは。

さてここで、私が一番言いたい事を言いましょう。それは、日本の季節です。ぼくが話す日本人のほとんどが、日本には４つの季節がある、ということに誇りをもっていますが、残念ながらぼくはちょっと違う考えです。ぼくは、日本には季節は５つあると思います。春、梅雨、夏、秋そして冬。
これで合計５つでしょ！？

Hmmm, sitting at the computer wondering what to write for this month's Tsubuyaki.

Looking out of the window I noticed how beautiful the day looked. The sun streaming down making everything looks and feels warm and fresh. I guess it's a trait of Autumn (fall). It started me thinking of the seasons!? In my country I know there are four. In Canada and most parts of the USA, aren't there four　seasons!? Not sure about Scotland and England, I think it's really cold there everyday. Kind of like a permafrost ha ha.

Now lest get to the crux of the issue. Seasons in Japan. Most Japanese people I speak with are proud of the fact that Japan has four seasons but I beg to differ. I think that Japan has five seasons. Spring, rainy season, summer, autumn (fall) and winter.

Now, doesn't that total five!?
